J&K Estate Sales does not share the personal information of any of its customers, clients or sellers. Your personal information to contact you regarding purchases made on our website, pickup information, shipping, etc.

All bidders are required to provide a valid credit card upon registration, credit card information is encrypted and stored with our credit card processor (Stripe) and not accessible by any users.

If a bidder does not show up for a pick-up during the designated time or make arrangements before the end of the pick-up window, the card on file will be charged the total invoice amount as well as any associated fees (storage, abandonment, disposal) as stated in each auction. By bidding with us you agree that we may charge your credit card if necessary.
